Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead our team, drive results, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in daily operations, team development, and store success. This role requires an individual capable of managing inventory, handling scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment while driving sales and achieving store goals.

Supervise and support team members in daily operations, Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts, Allocate tasks and create employee schedules, Monitor sales performance and operational metrics, Receive, process, and organize shipments, Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with policies, Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, Assist with training and developing team members.

Previous retail supervisory or leadership experience required, Experience in inventory management, Experience in scheduling and workforce management, Strong leadership and communication skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize, Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills, Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
