About the Role
Join the In Bloom Floral Studio team! We're looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to support our retail, client services, and event operations. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks, from client communication to inventory management, and who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in-store, via phone, email, and WhatsApp. - Schedule and manage event and wedding consultations. - Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients. - Manage sales, payments, and daily cash reconciliation. - Monitor inventory and maintain product displays. - Support daily store operations, including opening and closing.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, retail, or administration. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge. Attention to detail and a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
