Executive Position

This is an executive-level opportunity within the NGO sector, focused on child welfare, community development, and strategic organizational oversight. The role requires significant experience in social services and a strong understanding of Jamaica's child protection framework.

Provide strategic planning and leadership. Manage budgeting, reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes. Lead teams and facilitate conflict resolution. Engage in community development and child welfare initiatives. Represent the organization through professional presentations.

Five years' experience in a similar field, preferably at executive level in an NGO. A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Community Development, Public Policy and Planning, or a related social science. Knowledge of Jamaica's child welfare system and the Child Care and Protection Act. Competence in child, youth, family and community development. Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation. Skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and presentation. Spanish language skills are an asset.
