Operations Officer

Standard Marketing is looking for an organized, proactive, and passionate individual to join their growing team. The role of the Operations Officer is to help keep everything running efficiently within the organization. This position requires someone who can effectively oversee daily operations, manage client and internal coordination, and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will be someone comfortable with modern technology, including AI tools and CRM systems, and who is capable of working independently to solve operational challenges while supporting management.

Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time, Coordinate between clients and internal teams, Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups, Maintain accurate records and documentation, Improve systems, processes and workflows, Assist with client concerns and operational issues, Prepare reports and support management

2+ years experience in operations, administration or a similar role, Strong organizational and time-management skills, Excellent communication and customer-service skills, Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, Comfortable with AI tools and automations, Experience with CRM systems and business software, Ability to multitask and work independently, Reliable, Motor vehicle is a plus
