Human Resource Practitioner

Prime Trust Financial is looking for a qualified Human Resource Practitioner to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the human resources function, ensuring efficient operations in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining personnel records, monitoring contracts, and fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.

Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation. Coordinate and execute employee engagement program. Maintain personnel records and monitor employee contracts. Support HR Compliance and employee relations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management Studies, Psychology or related field. At least 2 years experience working in similar capacity.
