The Duty Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of AC, refrigeration, ice machines, and walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers, including related units. The role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults to determine root causes and preventing repeat failures, as well as handling emergency repairs, warranty services, and guest requests promptly. The Duty Engineer must keep daily maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety (OHS Act) and appliance standards. This role requires the flexibility to work in confined spaces and on short notice after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Level 3 certification or diploma, 3+ years in cold storage, chillers, AHU/FCU/FAHU, Hotel experience preferred
