Public Education and Advocacy Officer

The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service (MOFPS) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Public Education and Advocacy Officer. This position involves developing and executing public education initiatives and advocacy programs to effectively communicate the Ministry's policies, goals, and services to the public. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic government environment, engaging with various stakeholders to foster understanding and support for the Ministry's public service initiatives.

Develop and implement public education campaigns; Conduct outreach programs to educate the public on government financial policies and public service information; Advocate for the Ministry's initiatives through various media and community channels; Collaborate with internal teams to create informational materials; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education and advocacy programs.

Educational qualifications and professional experience as typically required for public service advocacy or communications roles; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to develop and deliver educational content; Knowledge of public sector operations is a plus.
