Store Clerk

Zenachi Apparel is seeking a vibrant and fashion-forward Store Clerk to join our team at the Half Way Tree store. This role requires a multi-talented individual who excels in customer service, sales, and social media content creation. As the face of our store, you will manage our digital presence on TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp while simultaneously maintaining the physical store environment, handling sales transactions, and managing inventory. We are looking for someone with high integrity who can work independently, handle cash responsibly, and contribute to our sales targets while maintaining a professional and energetic demeanor. You must be comfortable appearing in social media content and willing to grow with our brand.

Provide excellent customer service, Upsell and cross-sell products, Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, Operate POS and handle cash/card payments, Maintain inventory and identify discrepancies, Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, Receive, unpack, and merchandise new inventory, Assist with opening and closing the store, Manage TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts, Create content and stay current with trends, Photograph, video, and edit reels, Understand and utilize social media stories and trends, Respond to DMs and WhatsApp inquiries promptly, Follow cash-handling and inventory procedures, Follow instructions and company policies, Work full time including weekends and public holidays

21-35 years old, Previous experience working in a clothing store, CXC Mathematics and English, Strong communication skills, Vibrant, energetic and personable, Fashion-forward with excellent styling sense, Must be properly attired at all times, Honest, trustworthy and dependable, Comfortable appearing in content
