Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations Representative

We are hiring a Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to help us connect with new customers, build strong relationships, and grow our business. The successful candidate will work from our office in Halfway Tree, Kingston, and must be living in the surrounding areas of Kingston.

Make outreach calls to potential customers and existing accounts, Introduce products to stores and customers, explain benefits and answer questions, Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up, Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances and payment plans, Maintain consistent outreach and ensure all leads and accounts are properly managed.

Strong sales & marketing skills, Excellent customer service and communication, Confidence and a great personality, Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, Organized, reliable and self-motivated, Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is an asset (not required), Applicants must be living in the surrounding areas of Kingston.
