Sales & Marketing Officer

A medium-sized food processing company in central Jamaica is seeking to fill the post of Sales & Marketing Officer and invites applications from individuals who are suitably qualified.

Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers via the telephone and other digital channels, Lead and coordinate off-site marketing events and promotions, Assist the Sales and Marketing manager with administrative duties and data analysis, Handle customer complaints and service issues, Assist with the design and execution of social media initiatives.

A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Management Studies or similar business studies, At least one year’s experience in sales and marketing. Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing or social media marketing will be valuable. Potential to advance to management roles. Experience in the food of other Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry is an asset. Being resident in Clarendon, St. Catherine or the Corporate area will be an advantage.
