About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor, under the guidance of the Director, Technical Services, provides quantity surveying support for construction contracts, administers and appraises payments of bills for contractors, and manages cost and post-contract financial reviews for building and civil works. The role also involves planning and implementing projects within the unit's portfolio in line with established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, four (4) years' experience in construction related management on new and refurbished buildings.
