Store Supervisor / Manager

Ferguson Food Fair is looking for a responsible, experienced and trustworthy person to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. This is a regular position based in Spanish Town, and we are specifically looking for applicants from Spanish Town or the surrounding areas.

Oversee daily store operations, Supervise and manage staff (including cashiers), Ensure excellent customer service, Manage stock, inventory and ordering, Receive, check-in and stock goods, Operate/assist at the cashier when needed, Handle cash control, bank deposits and daily reports, Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment, Ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably, Treat the business as your own

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (retail/supermarket preferred), Cashier experience is a MUST, Knowledge of stock control, inventory and ordering, Strong leadership and people skills, Honest, reliable and trustworthy, Good communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently, A positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
