About the Role
Revamp Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their neurorehabilitation team in Kingston, Jamaica. This role offers flexible work arrangements including full-time, part-time, and sessional opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping patients regain their independence and confidence through specialized therapeutic interventions. The primary focus of the role involves stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, upper-limb and functional rehabilitation, developing daily living skills, providing cognitive support, as well as conducting caregiver training and discharge planning.
Responsibilities
Provide stroke and brain injury rehabilitation. Perform upper-limb and functional rehabilitation. Support development of daily living skills and provide cognitive support. Facilitate caregiver training and handle discharge planning. Help patients regain independence and confidence.
Requirements
Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy. Current CPSM registration required for practice. Adult neurorehabilitation experience preferred.
