Inventory Clerk

This position is responsible to action the physical status of Customer Premises Equipment from receival to issue including, inventory, testing and categorizing and to identify, equipment balances and related reports and report situations where equipment is not responding or being reflected correctly on system. To perform this role the employee will interact / interface with the following on an ongoing basis: CRM & Liberate and appropriate billing systems to update equipment status. Provide updates on equipment tracking/reporting and appropriate systems (eg: Microsoft Excel; Web Portal, etc.) Regulate/Assign (including issuing and receiving) of physical stock in Provisioning Sub Stores.

Action the physical status of Customer Premises Equipment from receival to issue. Inventory, testing and categorizing equipment. Identify equipment balances and generate related reports. Report situations where equipment is not responding or being reflected correctly on system. Interact/interface with CRM & Liberate and billing systems. Update equipment status. Provide updates on equipment tracking/reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel and Web Portal. Regulate/Assign physical stock in Provisioning Sub Stores (including issuing and receiving).

Technical certification from NCTVET or 4 CXC including English & Mathematics (Accounts & IT would be an asset). Computer Literacy to include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with proficiency in Excel). CRM & Liberate and related billing system proficiencies related to the role. At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity. Experience in senior capacity with accounting and/or warehouse procedures is an advantage.
