Water Store Attendant / Sales & Content Assistant

The Q-Quench Water Store is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join their team in a dual-role capacity as a Water Store Attendant and Sales & Content Assistant. This position involves both operational tasks within the store and creative responsibilities to help promote the brand online. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and actively engaging with customers. Furthermore, the role requires a creative mindset to capture and produce social media content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, helping to boost brand presence.

This role is ideal for someone who is physically active, comfortable in front of a camera, and enjoys interacting with people. You will be part of a team environment that values reliability, honesty, and hard work. The store is located in the Molynes Road area of Kingston, and the ideal candidate should reside in close proximity to facilitate regular attendance and consistency.

Serve customers and process water refills (purified & alkaline), Fill, cap, label, pack and arrange cases of bottled water, Handle and move 5-gallon water bottles and cases, Promote our water products and encourage sales, Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms, Keep the store clean, organized and well stocked, Assist with other duties as needed

Male or female, Age 20 - 30 years, Must reside near Molynes Road (Kingston 10 and surrounding areas), Energetic, outgoing and customer-friendly, Physically fit and able to lift and handle water bottles and cases, Confident on camera and comfortable creating social media content, Good communication and sales skills, Reliable, honest and hardworking, Ability to work independently, Previous experience in retail, customer service or content creation is a plus but not required
