Field Team Leader

We are hiring a Field Team Leader for a Technical Paint Retail Field role. This is an exciting technical field leadership opportunity for someone ready to lead from the front. The role involves managing a team of promoters and merchandisers in retail environments, focusing on paint and hardware products. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, product display compliance, and team performance, while also providing technical guidance related to paint products, colour selection, and tinting.

Supervise and support 10 promoters/merchandisers in the field; Guide excellent customer assistance and product recommendations; Ensure shelves, facings and planograms are clean, organized and compliant; Monitor promotions, displays and stock availability; Oversee colour tools, tinting area standards and technical paint guidance; Track attendance, punctuality, absenteeism and store coverage; Conduct daily store visits and complete weekly reports; Escalate complaints, lost sales opportunities and urgent issues promptly.

Paint, hardware, home improvement, or building materials experience is an asset. Comfortable discussing colour selection, coverage and application basics. Able to train team members on customer service and in-store execution.
