Inventory Control Coordinator

MMBS is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to join their logistics team. This role is focused on accurate inventory management and strong operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, managing, supporting, and delivering on key logistics tasks to help move business forward.

In this role, you will act as a key part of the logistics team by handling end-to-end shipment processes, including coordination with various stakeholders like customers, carriers, and brokers. You will manage documentation, ensure customs compliance, and utilize specialized software to track progress and manage billing activities.

Coordinate shipments with customers, carriers, and brokers. Handle customer inquiries and shipment issues. Process inbound, air, and ocean export shipments. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation. Monitor shipments and update CargoWise/Ops Log. Process billing, vendor payments, and duty collections. Create job orders and ensure customs compliance.

3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics, Broker's License, Knowledge of AFR & OFR operations, Customs clearance and documentation experience, Proficiency in MS Office, Strong attention to detail, Excellent communication and coordination skills
