Restaurant Manager

Join our team at ROK Hotel Kingston Tapestry Collection by Hilton as a Restaurant Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staffing, and performance of all restaurant outlets within the hotel. You will be expected to lead, motivate, and develop teams to ensure the highest standards of service excellence and operational goals are met. Furthermore, the role involves managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth across all outlets while ensuring strict compliance with Hilton brand standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for planning and executing banqueting events, monitoring food and beverage quality, analyzing performance metrics, and overseeing inventory management to ensure cost efficiency.

• Manage daily operations, staffing, schedules, and performance of all outlets.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop teams to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth across all outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, health & safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Plan and execute banqueting events, working closely with clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, minimize waste, and ensure cost efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field., Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant group, or banqueting operation., Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
