Customer Service Representatives

Wisynco is hiring Customer Service Representatives based in Lakes Pen, St. Catherine.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through email and voice channels, maintaining full ownership and resolution of each interaction. You will accurately place, manage, and maintain customer orders without error, as well as attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Additionally, the role involves handling customer inquiries while proactively upselling products to existing customers, and assisting in resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, collecting and recording accurate details for internal investigations, and determining root causes to ensure problem resolution.

• Responsible for handling customer interactions through email and voice channels, maintaining full ownership and resolution of each interaction.
• Place, manage and maintain customer orders without error.
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
• Handling potential customer inquiries while proactively upselling products to existing customers.
• Assist in resolving product or service problems by clarifying customers' complaints, collecting and recording accurate details to allow respective teams to conduct investigations and determine root cause or best solution to solve the problem.

Minimum five (5) CSEC passes including English A and Mathematics/Principles of Accounts Two (2) years' experience in a similar position People oriented and results driven with excellent interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills - both in written and verbal formats with the ability to communicate with varying levels of staff
