Operations Supervisors

We are seeking General Store Attendants to transition into the role of Operations Supervisors. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced working environment and possess a proactive mindset. The role requires a mature yet energetic individual who is smart, observant, and flexible, with the foresight necessary to plan ahead and avert potential problems or losses. Candidates should demonstrate plenty of old-fashioned 'common sense' and a strong team spirit.

The successful supervisor will be responsible for leading and mentoring line staff, creating plans and schedules with commitment, and maintaining the drive to see all jobs through to completion. You will be expected to maintain high standards of organization and be goal-driven in your daily duties. The role also requires functional computer literacy and excellent communication abilities to manage store operations effectively.

Experience in a fast paced working environment, Good Numeracy & Writing Skills, Proven Leadership skills, Be Organized and Goal Driven, Supermarket experience helpful but not a 'must have', Mature but energetic candidates preferred, Smart, observant, flexible, with good foresight, Functional computer literacy to include use of Microsoft XLS, Word, Good oral and written skills expected
