Voilà by Lilee is seeking a professional Waiter or Waitress to join their hospitality team at Pear Tree Village in Mandeville. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and communication while working effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Key duties include taking customer orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen staff, as well as serving food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner. Success in this role requires a neat, clean, and professional appearance along with the ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously with attention to detail. Candidates must be honest, reliable, and punctual, with the flexibility to work various hours including weekends. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a waiter or waitress (preferred), Excellent customer service and communication skills, Ability to work well in a team, Neat, clean, and professional appearance, Ability to take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen, Knowledge of food and beverage menu (an advantage), Ability to serve food and beverages in a professional manner, Attentive to detail and able to handle multiple tables, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Honest, reliable, and punctual, Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, Valid Food Handlers Permit
