Room Attendant (AM/PM)

Moon Palace Jamaica is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants for both AM and PM shifts to join our housekeeping team. As a premier all-inclusive resort in Ocho Rios, we pride ourselves on providing world-class service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of guest suites, ensuring that every room reflects the luxury and comfort our brand is known for. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall guest experience by maintaining pristine accommodations.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to resort standards, Change linens and replenish towels and amenities, Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture, Report any maintenance issues or room damages to supervisors, Ensure guest privacy and security at all times, Assist with special guest requests as needed.

Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred, Ability to work flexible shifts (AM/PM), Strong attention to detail, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, Valid food handler’s permit (if applicable), Clean police record upon employment.
