About the Role
The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus is seeking Events Guest Relations Officers to join their team. This role is essential in creating a seamless, memorable, and inspiring experience for the UWI Mona community during graduation events. Candidates will play an active role in event operations by assisting attendees and ensuring the smooth execution of the ceremony.
Responsibilities
Assist with guest and graduate seating. Provide directional information. Support persons with disabilities and VIP guests. Help maintain order and a welcoming environment. Represent The UWI Mona with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
Be a current UWI Mona student. Be available for the full graduation period (November 5-7, 2026). Have a professional and courteous demeanor. Be reliable, punctual and a team player. Previous event support experience is an asset (but not required).
