Promotions Coordinator

The Marketing Outlet Limited (TMO) is currently hiring for a Promotions Coordinator. This role involves managing and coordinating promotional activities, requiring the ability to travel across various parishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing promotional events, supervising team members, and ensuring reporting requirements are met. This is a field-based role that requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Manage and supervise promoters, coordinate promotional activities, write and submit reports, travel to various locations across parishes to oversee activations.

Must own a reliable motor vehicle. Must be able to write and submit reports. Must be able to travel across parishes. Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage and supervise promoters. Must be punctual and dependable. Experience in promotions, marketing, or retail activations is an asset.
