Sales Associate

Bailey Wealth Group is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in a full-time, in-office position at our new Kingston location. This role is crucial for our growth and involves identifying prospective clients, supporting our sales pipeline, and connecting prospects with our premier private wealth solutions.

A successful candidate will be energetic, hungry for growth, and possess a strong financial background to present complex wealth solutions to high-net-worth clients.

Identify and engage prospective clients. Follow up on incoming leads and sales opportunities. Support the overall sales pipeline and business development. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualify prospects for private wealth solutions.

Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field. Previous finance or financial services experience. Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, ambitious, and results-driven. Available to work full-time, in-office at our Kingston location.
