Responsibilities
Manage the reception area, assist clients and visitors, handle telephone calls and correspondence, schedule appointments, provide administrative support, and assist with property management duties.
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Business or Office Administration, Customer Service, or related field. Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Professional appearance and ability to multitask. Real estate/property management experience would be an asset.
